On Point Layout is an independently owned company that provides layout services for industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. The owner, Brian Ashley, has more than 35 years of experience in construction layout, including work on residential site development and precision alignment for power plants.

Work completed by On Point Layout utilizes up-to-date equipment to achieve a high level of accuracy in placing project points such as foundation center lines, site grading stakes, equipment installation locations, accessory or wall layouts, as well as other construction layout requirements.

The layout process relies on property survey points provided by the owner or general contractor and functions as a third-party layout service. On Point Layout does not conduct original site surveys but instead uses existing site survey data to fulfil layout needs. The company also supplies data for as-built documentation and pre-placement verification when required.
